Pond relining/ building - Beccles, Suffolk, NR34

This pond had a PVC liner which over time had perished leaving pond half empty. Our company removed the old lining and we discussed on building some shelves as the shape of the pond didn't allow for much in the way of planting. We shaped out some shelves which would allow some room for some marginal plants and a deeper section for a small lily.

​A new underlay and butyl liner were installed and the edging was all replaced and cemented back down. A few small plants were added to finish and the pond was ready to begin establishing. The pond needed topping up once the cement had fully cured which would then cover all the liner.
