Koi Pond Leak Repair & Service - Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14

The customer has some beautiful Koi in their pond but noticed the water level dropping faster and faster to the point they needed to leave a tap on all the time! Not only is this costing a lot but it's not good for the fish.

A new pond liner is likely needed as the current one is getting old and has seen its best days. In the meantime we drained the pond and removed the fish to try and locate the leak in order to temporarily repair the issue. Some damage was found and repaired which did slow the leak but unfortunately the water level is still dropping albeit slower than before. It is likely leaking behind a crease which is impossible to see or repair.

A new pond lining will be going in soon, whether done by us or the customer. If things become unmanageable we can set up a semi permanent holding tank to rescue the Koi until the work can be completed.
