Cleaning of circular feature pond - Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32

This pond is a beautiful feature in the garden but the stone had become smothered with algae which is all too common with shallow ponds like this. The stone was about 20cm thick and covered the entire pond so we drained the water down and started shovelling the stone into small piles. This allowed us to pressure clean the stone without physically removing it all from the pond which both us and the customer agreed wasn't logical. 

Unfortunately because the water was still disturbed and slightly murky after we had finished there is no finished picture on this project. Hopefully we will be back in the future so we can photograph this pond in all it's glory.
